The history of the RRCS

The Rhodesian Ridgeback Club Switzerland (RRCS) was founded in February 1980 in Zürich by Mr. Hans W. Müller.

Even though, the first entries in the Swiss Canine Stud Book (SHSB) were already made in 1956.

The first litter born at the "Faval-Kennel" by Ms. H. Favre in 1957 consisted of two males and one female. By the time the RRCS was founded, 33 dogs were already registered.
